ID Mail Systems Rebrands With New Identity and Website

Written By ID Parcel & Mail Solutions Staff

ID Mail Systems will now be known as ID Parcel & Mail Solutions. The new identity includes a refreshed company website, new color scheme, new logo and new brand messaging.

One of the main goals of the rebrand effort has been to better communicate the core offerings and mission of the company. For some time now, ID Parcel & Mail Solutions has been advancing its core offerings from the development of mail automation systems to include parcel automation systems. The company is now well positioned to be a key provider of high-quality parcel automation systems as the e-commerce and parcel market continues to grow.

ID Parcel & Mail Solutions holds a unique position in the industry. The company’s mission revolves around providing customers with a fully comprehensive solution that extends beyond just the sale of the product. The team collaborates closely with customers to understand their specific needs. They then design, configure and install the equipment. After installation they provide training, service and support to ensure the customer has a firm grasp on the system, and that the equipment is operating to deliver peak efficiency.

Furthermore, they offer product flexibility that provides customers with a range of solutions from small to large. From table-top systems for low-volume applications – including semi-automated OCR handling of parcels, flats and M-Bags – to large MLOCR systems for letter, flat and packet-mail processing, to custom-designed solutions for special projects and applications.
