Jerry is President and CEO. He oversees the company’s strategic direction and fosters a culture of curiosity, creativity, fairness, and respect. He emphasizes learning from customers and remains actively engaged in system sales.
Under his leadership, ID Parcel & Mail Solutions has evolved from a market leader in cross-border mail sorting to a key player in affordable parcel and package sorting for the fulfillment, 3pl, and ecommerce sectors. Earlier in his career he had roles in accounting and then general management at multinational corporations before founding ID Mail Systems, now branded as ID Parcel & Mail Solutions.
Michael is ID Parcel & Mail Solutions’ lead software engineer and is in charge of Project Management for designated parcel automation system projects. He is responsible for designing and integrating the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) from vendors and customers. Michael manages in-house and vendor software developers and when called on, he also works with customer IT resources and assists service organizations.
Nicholas started at ID Mail Parcel & Mail Solutions as a Manufacturing Technician in 2004. In 2005 he became a Service Field Engineer and in 2015 became the Director of Operations.
He has traveled internationally for the company to install and service client systems in England, Netherlands, France Brazil and Switzerland, and other countries.
Nicholas is responsible for the installation of systems both domestically and internationally and directs a team of field service and manufacturing technicians. He also manages customer service contracts, and provides service support to customers.
Alpesh leads the Engineering Department. He overseas the design, integration and development of parcel and mail systems and works with ID’s programmers and mechanical design engineers to develop and program control systems that manage critical functions including sorting logic, conveyor speeds, and routing mechanisms, among others.
Alpesh is also in responsible for the testing and commissioning of systems and ensuring compliance and safety standards as well as documentation that includes system reporting-SOP’s, operator and service manuals.
Jeff is a Licensed Professional Engineer with 40 years of experience in the design and support of mail insertion, mail extraction, mail & parcel sortation equipment and high-speed mail printing equipment.
Jeff’s is a technical advisor to the engineering staff. His duties include identifying new technologies that could be used in parcel sortation, reviewing design concepts and final design documentation. Jeff also mentors the younger engineers on staff and conducts failure analysis in support of the service team.
