    Helpful files can include:
    - Images of mail pieces that show problem (wrong indicia/sorted to incorrect bin location/coded to incorrect destination, etc.)
    - Log files from system that include the issue and are for the period covered when the sample mail piece images were run. Logs are found at C:\ID Parcel & Mail Solutions\Log\Archives and the file names are coded with the date in reverse order and time in proper order.
